Although we cannot meet as a church family during the Advent season, we can share memorable traditions, prayers, verses, of our individual families. By joining in our discussions, your contributions bring us together virtually and awakens us spiritually as a whole body; together we prayerfully await for the birth of our Savior! Candles symbolize our wait in the Christian tradition. The first candle, lit on the first Sunday of Advent, is a symbol of Hope and is called the Prophet's candle. The prophets of the Old Testament, especially Isaiah, waited in hope of the Messiah's arrival. As you light your advent candle this Sunday, what are your memories, celebrations, traditions, biblical verses? Please share with us.
